by the U.S. Census Bureau from its MAF/TIGER system.

## What was changed here

One GeoParquet 2.0 file per GeoPackage layer, named by its TIGER code
(cd120, sldu, sldl). Columns and values are the
Census Bureau's, unchanged. The geometry is 2D (the GeoPackage declares Z and M
and holds neither), in NAD83 (EPSG:4269) as published, with a `bbox` column
declared as the GeoParquet covering, rows sorted along a Hilbert curve. The
PMTiles archives beside them are derived for web maps.
